Hi and Happy new year, I am coach Natalia and I want to share with you how you can accomplish your fitness goals this 2024 with this Quarters Plan!
You are going to divide the year in 4 quadrants (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4)
1️⃣ First step: write 3 big goals you want to accomplish for this 2024
2️⃣ Second Step: Q1 (Jan-March) for each big goal you are going to write 3 sub-goals that you want to accomplish in the first 90 days of the year (1 sub goal per big goal that you wrote previously)
3️⃣ Third step: for each sub goal you are going to write some strategies that will help you achieve your sub-goal (what are you going to do daily to accomplish your sub goal)
And then you will repeat these for the Q2, Q3 and Q4!
